Tournament Format
All Players receive a Custom made Bash Winter Beanie
Round Robin: All teams will play a round-robin format with each match being 1 game to 11, win by 2.
Round Robin Matches: 1 game to 11, win by 2.

Men's Doubles & Women's Doubles: Saturday, December 7, 2024
Mixed Doubles: Sunday, December 8, 2024
Note: Brackets may be merged/Split or the format may be changed depending on the number of registrations.
Refund Policy
Pickleball Brackets fees and Stripe fees are non refundable.
Any players who withdraw prior to November 14, 2024 will also be charged a $10.00 withdrawal fee.
There will be no refund for any withdrawals after November 14, 2024.
Refunds for withdrawals prior to November 14, 2024 will be completed 5 days after the tournament ends.
Tournament Format
All Players receive a Custom Bash Gift
Pool Play:Brackets will be divided into pools of 4,5,6 Etc. depending on how many teams register.
Each team will play a round robin within their pool, ensuring all teams play at least 3 games.
Depending on size of pool game will be played 1o 15 or 11 win by 2
Advancement to Playoffs:The top 2 teams from each pool (4 teams total) will advance to the playoff bracket.The teams that do not advance will have completed their 3-game guarantee.
Playoffs:Semifinals: Matches will be 1 Game to 15 win by 2Finals: Gold/Bronze medal matches. Games 2 out of 3 to 11.
Singles Brackets will be Round Robin only. No medal matches.

Prize Money
Open Bracket Cash Prizes: Doubles Open Brackets will have a
Minimum Cash Prize of $1000.00

The prize pool can increase if more than 8 teams register or if additional sponsorships are secured.
